What are the tips to follow to prepare for SBI PO (Mains) Exam 2018?

Congratulations!!! To the successful candidates of SBI PO Prelims 2018 the result of which was declared on 16th July 2018. The result of the SBI PO Prelims 2018 same can be viewed.
Now the next step is to prepare for SBI PO Mains which is scheduled on 4th August 2018 as per the exam schedule declared by SBI.
Now, let us discuss the steps to prepare for SBI PO Mains 2018.
1.          Know the detailed syllabus. It is very important to know the detailed syllabus as it will guide you what study material to be purchased and studied before taking the exam.
2.         Attempt the SBI PO Mains mock tests by joining any reputed mock test series portal.
3.         Revise all the formulae and tables of mathematics
4.         Make a time table to revise all the four sections of SBI PO Mains exam 2018 these are:
-           Reasoning and Computer Awareness,
-           English Language,
-           Data Analysis & General/Economy/Banking Awareness.
5.         To master language proficiency develop the habit of reading newspaper, preferably The Hindu or The Indian Express where you get daily updates on economics and commerce related news of India and the World.
6.         Concentrate more on reading editorial sections of newspaper and try to rewrite in your own words. It will help you to be comfortable with descriptive section of the exam.
7.         Daily practice upto 10 questions from each topic and improve upon your weaknesses.
8.         Mug up the rules of grammar and practice error spotting questions daily.
9.         Subscribe to any of the website giving regular or daily updates on current affairs or buy a competitive exam magazine. Read and learn the important news from the magazine if you do not have an access to any website.
10.        Keep your spirits high and be motivated till the exam. It will boost your morale and performance in the exam more than your expectations.
